What can we help you with?
At the Helpdesk, you can:
- Get practical advice on making your home more energy efficient – from insulation options to tackling cold spots, damp, and condensation
- Understand your energy bills and check whether you’re on the best tariff
- Explore grants for insulation, new gas boilers, or solar panels (where available)
